R.T. Cresanto Foundation Coating provides damp proofing services through the application of real, solvent based sub-grade asphalt. This is a versatile material used in both commercial and residential applications.

Our material is applied with high pressure and high heat. It is designed to penetrate the microscopic pores of concrete based material. Applications include: CMU's (concrete block), poured foundations, and prefabricated concrete foundations.

The sprayer used in application is a piston driven airless unit, which minimizes the risk of over-spray.

The asphalt used is specifically designed for sub-grade applications only. It is a high solids soft asphalt.

Typically, under ideal conditions, the foundation will be ready for back-fill approximately 24 hours after application.
